Detailed design review and construction supervision. This is the largest tunnel in Colombia (9.7 km). The project starts in the municipality of Cañasgordas (Antioquia Department) and extends for approximately 18.3 km, comprising 973 m of bridges, 4.97 km of open roadway, and 12.3 km of tunnels, of which 9.75 km correspond to the Toyo Tunnel (Guillermo Gaviria Echeverri).
